- How soon will I get the product I ordered?
After your order is processed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email for your order sent from SWREG or RegNow. The email contains all of your order data including your INVOICE or RECEIPT. At the same time, an order request will also be sent to our database by email. As soon as we received the order request, a registration email will be sent to you afterward in two hours or so. Then you can download the program from the URL and register it with the registration code, which is contained in the registration email.
If you order a CD version, the CD will be shipped within two business days after receiving your order. Please allow 3 weeks for delivery (US) or 4 weeks for delivery (overseas). However, it usually takes much shorter time. Besides, you still will receive a registration email and you can use the program before the CD arrives to you. - What payment method do you accept? All products sold on our site use Regnow or Swreg. You do not do business with us but with Regnow or Swreg. The Payment methods they accept include credit card, PayPal, Bank/Wire Transfer, Check/Money Order, Fax Credit Card, or Invoice.
- What can I do if I haven't got my registration code after payment? There are some reasons why this could happen. In most cases, it is because that the registration email is held back as "SPAM" by your email provider. Please check your Spam folder.
