Step 2, install the PDF Converter and launch the program.

Step 3, import your documents into the program, you will see the document list like below. You can import DOC, XLS, PPT, TXT, JPG and HTML into the program but remember that the program does not support Office 2007.

There are 3 parts in the program panel, you can add and deal with your imported documents on the panel.
1. The list of the imported documents
2. Order the imported documents in the list

Step 4, click Continue to modify the output file parameters.

You can select the output files’ destination folder and the output PDF quality.
1. Select the output file as the source files’ folder or choose another folder you desire.
2. Select the quality of the PDF files. Low is suitable for using on webpage or sending E-mail. If your document contains a lot of pictures, Medium is recommended because the pictures will be little compressed for reducing the file size. High Quality is recommended for printing professional PDF files.

Step 5, set the output PDF restriction to protect the output PDF files.

1. Here you can set an owner password, which can protect your PDF files from editing, printing, copy/paste. You can also disable notes and form fields modifications. Note that this password does not protect your PDF files from opening.
2. Select Merge documents into a single PDF file, you can merge all documents to one PDF.

Step 6, Click Convert to start the conversion process.

A status bar will show on the panel to indicate the process of the current conversion. And, after the conversion, you can see which files are converted successfully and which are not.
