Ebook has becoming more and more popular because its convenience and security to store and share information. No matter you are a novelist, professor, teacher, student, or worker, businessman, etc. Only if you have interests to record and share your story with your friends, or make money online, you can easily make it come true now by making ebook in PDF. Just think about the contents you want to write, download PDF editor and install it on your PC or laptop. Then follow the steps below and learn how to make ebook with PDF editor.

Step 1 Make new pages for ebook
Launch the PDF editor program. Select File> New, and then set the page size, orientation, and numbers of pages for your new pages. Click OK button, new pages are created.

After the blank pages are created, select the page for editing and set the percent for viewing PDF pages in the left bottom Conner. Also you can find the size of the page you created here.

Step 2 Make ebook front cover page
Make ebook cover page, the easiest way is to insert an existing image. Here you can both edit image and text for your ebook.
Insert and edit image: Click Edit> Insert Image to select an image from your computer and insert it.

After you insert one image to the page, select the selection tool in the toolbar, click on the image, and then you can reposition the image by dragging it to another position, or scale the new image by dragging one of the sizing handles outwards.
Write Ebook Title: After the image is fixed, we may also need to write the title for the ebook. Just select the text tool in the toolbar, drag on the page where you want to write title, you can make a text box. Then choose the font and size in the toolbar and write the title for your ebook. You can change the font style and color by clicking Change Color in the toolbar. And dragging one of the sizing handles outwards can let you edit the size of text box to better edit the text. (Please note that you can only view your changed text color after saved, the text color looks all red while editing in trial version.)

Step 3 Make ebook content pages
Click on the options in the left bottom to change to a new page to make a content page. Just insert images or edit text as above to make a general content page. Using the text tools in the toolbar can make a favorable layout.

Make ebook bookmark: For easier reading, we can add bookmark while making ebook. Just click Document> Create Bookmarks to create bookmark.
Edit ebook pages: If current pages are not enough for the contents, we can add a new page by select Document> Insert New Page. Or we can also extract pages, Delete Pages, Rotate Pages, Resize Pages, Re-order pages, crop pages by the choices in the Document submenu.
Add headers and footers: Using the line tool on the left top and text tool in the toolbar can edit the headers and footers such as copyright and page numbers for the ebook pages if needed.


Edit ebook security: To avoid others to modify the ebook, we can add password or restrictions for the ebook in PDF. Click Document> Security, then you can add PDF password or different restrictions for your ebook.

Step 4 Save the ebook in PDF
After finish making ebook, the last step is to save it. Click File> Save to save the ebook. Please note that there will have watermark on your ebook if you don’t buy it. And you can also flexible to make your choice to buy a full license or just buy 3 ‘saves’ if you like.
